Many families take time out in summertime to travel long distances with their camping out gear to see a little bit of nature. Why is camping out so attractive in a society that is so focused on scientific progress? That is the question I get asked when people see me by the campfire drinking my Gano coffee
The answer is that camping out is the great American pastime for all the familly. Kids are raised going on camping trips with their entire family, many families hold family reunions camping out. A camping out trip is an excellent time for fathers to bond with their sons. Even though you have to grow up, we can still look back on the memories of our infancy and always seems that the memories are pleasant. You can’t think of what you had for lunch at work yesterday but you will have many outstanding memories of your first camping excursion. We have thoughts of looking up into the night sky for the first time, unpolluted by the city lights. The piece and quiet of camping out can bring a family together as they share things that have been unsaid in the busyness of life.
