My Son Turned a Negative Into a Positive by Starting His Own Business

My son recently had an accident, which would make him not able to work outside of the home. At first he was devastated, but decided to turn a negative into a positive, by looking at what he could do, rather than what he could not do. With this in mind, he decided to look into starting a consulting business. He certainly had experience, and I told him to go for it, and I would back him in any way possible. Within a week he had his business plan set out, and a month later he was well on his way to being a total success.
