Newlyweds and Property Tax Sales

Property tax sales are a great way for newlyweds to get a home they love at a great price. When a county sells property they are trying to recoup money owed to them. They are not in it for a major profit. Yet, I never realized that I could buy a house for under $5000. This is absolutely amazing. My wife and I have been saving for a down payment for three years now and, having found this type of sale, we can afford to buy three. We are going to check the properties out this week to see if we want to purchase all of them or just get one and save the rest for future purchases. We’ll decide this week.
