The Everyday Uses of Flow Meters

Certain organizations must measure the flow of a liquid or gas. These organizations are very familiar to you and me. An example of a company which uses flow meters to accurately measure the flow of a liquid or gas would be your water company. Another example would be your gas company. But these two companies are not the only ones. Other examples would be a manufacturing company who uses these instruments to monitor coolants that are vital to their manufacturing process. The types and uses of these meters are numerous and varied. I was surprised to learn how this type of tool is used in so many everyday applications.
