2 Effective Overlooked Ab Exercises

Ab exercises are essential for any abs program. Between that and a great six pack abs diet you should be well on your way.
1) Hanging Knee Raises – These are done by hanging from a pull up bar with your body completely straight. Then bring your knees up to your chest and back down. That is one rep. Do as many as you can at first and move your way up to 2 sets of 15 reps.
2) Sit Ups on a Swiss Ball – These are simply crunches done on an exercise ball. They are much better for getting abs than doing them on a floor because they do not put strain on your back and neck.
