Using Online Nursing Programs to Upgrade My Skills

I would really like to qualify for the better nursing positions and have a bit more responsibility and higher pay. I am going to upgrade my nursing skills with one of the online nursing programs that are available. I just need to decide whether I just want to get an RN or whether I want to a BSN degree. It will take me a while to finish the program working at it part time, but it will be worth it in the end. I just have to find the best program for the qualifications that I need in order to get the job that I want.
