Make Money From Empty Rooms

My son and I have been living in a 6 bedroom house for 4 years now. It’s a big house I inherited from my parent a few years ago. I’m thinking of turning it into a bed and breakfast since we are ideally located in a historical part of town.
The only time we get any visitors is during the holidays, Christmas or Thanksgiving when my brothers and sisters come to visit. It sits empty for the rest of the year. I think I’d like to start a bed and breakfast to make use of all those empty rooms. It’s a great way to make some money on the side.
